Christmas Related Items can not be returned when ordered starting Dec.1st to January 15th
Halloween Costume/Accessory orders made starting on October 1st through November 15th can not be returned or exchanged. All Sales Final during this time. There will be no expections. Please Check our Sizing chart for the best choice.
Prettysinful.com will NOT accept returns if:
- Over 15 days have passed from receiving your order.
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke.
Panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, and any similar intimate items can not be returned due to health regulations.
Costume orders between October 1st to November 15th can not be returned.
All items must be in their original packaging and be in the condition that they were received in order to receive a return authorization number. When a return/exchange item is received the returns deparment will inspect on circumstances/policies of the item and may charge a restocking fee.
Return Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Prettysinful.com reserves the right to refuse a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Instructions:
Return or Exchange Requests must be made within 7 Days of delivery: For a return request please click here. No requests will be handled over the phone. We will then issue your an Authorization number if you are qualified. Our returns department will inspect the item and your return/exchange may incur a restocking fee.
Carefully package the unworn/unused items to be returned, include the original packing slip and put the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. All returns without a clear and visible Return Authorization Number will be refused. We recommend purchasing insurance since we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If you want to exchange, the fastest way is to reorder what you want online and we will issue a refund once your return is received.
Exchange and Refunds take about 7 days to process. Items returned will be inspected for approval and a credit/exchange will be issued.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment and may take an additional 5 days for it to appear on your statement.
"Promotion" and "Free Shipping":
If a "Free Shipping" or "Percentage-Off" discount was applied to your order and the returning merchandise decreased your order amount to less than the amount required for the promotion, the discount applied to your original order will be deducted from your return.
Undeliverable Shipments:
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping fees, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expense to the cardholder credit card as we incur charges for this service. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Taxes:
Please note that we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax to residents of California.
