These boots are HOT!!May 20, 2009

I bought these boots a few weeks ago... I am so totally in love with them. Hot and sexy! My sister wants to steal them from me. :) Bought the tan/camel and black pair. I regularly wear a size 7 1/2 so I ordered the size 8- it's a snug fit and fits my feet well. (feels like a 7 1/2) So I guess I'd say the sizes run small with this brand of shoe? A word of caution: if you have bigger/athletic calves, you may experience difficulty zipping the boots up.

Disappointed with seller's product and return policyDec 12, 2009
By J. Andrews This is not true to size and runs a little small. Furthermore, the zippers could not be drawn pass my ankles, and they are very normal in size. The customer service agent admits this. Beware that they will not be reponsible for return shipping fees and they will charge a 20% restocking fee. Consider if you will want to expose your self to these charges if you chance purchasing shoes that may not fit. I opined that the customer should not be submitted to these charges if this is the case. I expected more from Amazon. If all the customers who purchase shoes under these conditions must pay return shipping fees and restocking fees, then persons will be less compelled to buy through this medium. In all, my previous shopping experience on Amazon has been awesome. By the way, I believe this is a costume or its related accessory.

disappointed...Mar 26, 2010
By Mya The boots do not look as good as the picture, plus the sizes run a bit smaller. I'm a 6 1/2 and ordered the size 7 and it's tight.

Great company, best customer service ever!Nov 05, 2009

This is a great company and the best customer service ever! I have very unusual and hard to fit sizes in my family. I ordered boots and there was a tiny blemish on them. Although it was not much, it bothered me and so I contacted the company. They were very accommodating. When I received the boots I realized they were a bit tight in the toe and asked if I could also get a bigger size. Without hesitation the agreed and sent me a return label immediately. I was concerned that I would not have my boots in time for when I needed them. However, I received my replacement boots before I could even get the old ones in the mail. This company is great and their reps are top notch. This is a very trustworthy company! I will always use this company for my shoes from now on. Sincerely, E. Bonini
Cute, quality slightly lackingDec 02, 2011

As you all know, shoes run different sizes sometimes. Most everything in my closet is a 9 1/2, most of my other boots are a 9 and I have a few heels that are a 10. I ordered a 10 in these and probably could have gone the 9 1/2 and been ok, but I don't feel like hassling with returns and such and I need these next weekend for my outfit. If I had seen these and tried them on in a store, I probably would have paid no more than $40 for them. They are super duper cute, and I have yet to wear them around for a long period of time, but my close inspection showed some careless workmanship. When I wear them out, I seriously doubt it will be noticeable to anybody else though. On one boot towards the bottom of the zipper, the stitching is messed up...it will not interfere with the zipper though and again, nobody else is going to notice. At the top of one boot where the "fur" is, it was not stitched all the way to the very end, about 1/4" so the underneath white part of the faux fabric shows but again, I can probably do a few stitches myself on that or super glue it and nobody will notice. There is some glue noticeable where the soles were put on also. Again, all this was noticed under close inspection. I only wore them around the house for a few minutes and they seem like they will be comfortable. My husband likes them a lot too. UPDATE: Ok, I just wore these this weekend...As I was tying the laces I noticed a white stripe down the first lace I tied and wondered to myself, "I wonder why there's a stripe?" Then I tied the next one and it did not have a stripe! The laces were sewn with fabric and I guess they just didn't have enough or care enough on the one lace to make it look good. So now I have to go find new laces because it just looks tacky and cheap. I was on my feet a total of 6 hours. The first 2 hours were on carpet and they felt very comfortable. Then we went to Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh and the whole floor was made of bricks, stone, and concrete. My feet were totally killing me after about an hour or so. I will be buying inserts to try and help for next time. It is hard to give these a star rating because they are so dang on cute! But I've had to spend more money on them then I would like. I had to get glue to fix the upper faux fur and now I have to try and find a suitable pair of laces and inserts.
