I purchased this petticoat to wear out as part of a mardi gras costume. It was a lot of fun to wear and I was very glad to have found one that had a layer of cloth on the inside that helped cover as a skirt as most petticoats I've come across are basically sheer. It was a little itchy but if leggings/tights are worn it's not a bother. I am a size 2 and this was a little bigger than I wanted but it still fit very well. Great price for such a good product.

Bought this for my wife to wear under her french maid costume. It adds a lot of flare to the costume. If you like the poofy look this will work for you.

I ordered this to go under a Queen of Hearts Halloween costume. It is perfect, just what I was looking for. It is not too short, perfect length and adds just the right amount of poof for what I was looking for.

This is a super cute item! I bought it to wear under my sailor costume for Halloween! It is very fluffy but not as much as in the picture! Very nice tho! I am super excited to wear it for the Party tomorrow :):):)
