 Did not meet expectations....Sep 30, 2007

...but I wasn't really pleased with this Women's Petticoat. So far my other similar products have been as advertised or better, but this one didn't quite make the mark.
I bought it in black to go with a Halloween costume I also purchased. The material was scratchy, uncomfortable and not as flexible as it looks in the picture. I literally scratched my hand while removing it from the package. The fabric had a cheap feel and it didn't "sit" like the picture shows it on the model. (Also "One Size Fits All" is very ambitious. I wear a womens size 6/8 and I doubt this petticoat would fit someone more than a size larger than I am.) The costume that I also bought from Amazon is a keeper, but this petticoat is being shipping back immediately.

I bought this to wear under my Mad-Hatter Halloween costume and it was perfect for giving the dress some extra poof; however, it was not as long as it appeared to be in pictures and I had to wear it almost uncomfortable low on the hips if I wanted any lace to be visable (as seen in the pictures). Not EXACTLY what I expected, but all-and-all it did the job I bought it for.

Well, being a girlie girl it is always fun to have a little extra poof and lace sometimes. If that is what you are looking for then you have found it. This petticoat looked great underneath my short Alice in Wonderland Halloween costume. It really completed the look.

this petticoat provided just the right amount of "poof" for my costume skirt without being too much or too long. if you want your skirt to fluff way out, you may want to go with a different and more expensive one. this one worked great for me, though.
i was afraid the "one size" would be too small, but i wear size 14-16 and it still fit. it is pretty stretchy. the lace is a little scratchy, but it is tolerable.

I wore it with my halloween costume, very uncomfortable and itchy. Def wear a slip underneath.
