My girl wanted these boots and she is still growing. She is such a style queen that these are good for her in more ways than one. The platform is minimal which doesn't stress her back (She's 13) and she feels taller and more in her zone when she wear tham. These boots were a stylish and sensible purchase. She has had the platform walking shes for years and now she can warm it up in the winter. Nice boots for the $40 price.
