Cute, but poor qualityOct 06, 2009

Once I received the garter, I gave it a light tug to see how stretchy it was. It instantly broke right behind the bow. I'm certain the same thing would have happened if I was trying it on rather than testing the stretch. I'm planning on gluing it back together, but I held it together to see how it would fit. Even though it's one size fits all, it's too tight on me anywhere above the knee, and I'm a size 2. I do love the feathers and the bow, but I could have probably made something just as nice for less at the local craft store.
