These gloves are sturdy and well made. They added a nice touch to my son's costume and kept his hands warm during trick or treating. As part of the costume for play they are not absolutely necessary but look good.

These are modeled after the gloves Captain America wears in the new 2011 Marvel movie. The design is fine but the materiel is just poor. It would have been so much better if they'd used a more realistic fake leather instead of the stuff they used. It just looks and feels cheap. The actual glove peace and the piece that extends onto the arm aren't even made of the same materiel. These get the job done but they certainly could have been a lot better.
