This petticoat fails to impress. I bought it to go with a costume, I only wanted a small petticoat to begin with but this one lays so flat that you can't even tell that i'm wearing it. The photo above shows it looking more full than it actually is.
I plan on buying so extra tull to give it a fuller look.

Don't waste your money or even time. This thing is a huge disappointment and you can't even get a refund. I got it in red. If I am able to not rate the item with a star I would and go as far as 5 negative stars.
