This petticoat is of excellent quality; I like it a lot better than my Leg Avenue "ruffle lace mini petticoat." It sits better, is more comfortable, is fuller, and the polka dots are adorable. Love it!

This is a nice, soft petticoat. I needed one for my H-ween costume and didn't want to pay $35 for the one at the costume shop. This one is soft (not scratchy like another one I looked at) and has an elastic band. It has two layers and gives about 4-6" of poof under my dress. I can't think of any reason to complain since it only cost me $15 and fits what I needed. There are others I almost got that were ~$20 here on amazon that might give more volume or something, but I went with the cheaper option and I like it. Plus the polka dots are cute (not that they are really noticeable). Like another review said... it is not opaque and is somewhat see-through so I don't think it would work well as a stand alone skirt, but works great as an under-skirt.

This is a really cute petticoat, however it is EXTREMELY short! I thought it would be about midthigh, but turns out my butt shows in the back! I am an average woman, wear sizes 4-6 and am fairly short (5'4") with short legs. I didn't anticipate that my butt would hang out. I guess I'll have to wear little shorts underneath or something so no one gets any little "sneak" peaks! Ha. Aside from that, it is a cute petticoat. Isn't quite as "soft" as others have described it--it's a fairly typical scratchy petticoat, but that is expected with crinoline. Aside from the length, it is a nice petticoat.

This petticoat is really cute, and it's much more fuller than my other petticoats. The price is amazing, similar petticoat in store would cost more than $30. love it !!

I bought this to go under a skirt for a nurse costume I got for Halloween. It was perfect. Gave a ton of poof to the skirt, the polkadots are super cute, and it was comfortable. I am 5'6" and 115lb and it fit me great. I wish I had more opportunities to wear it!
