costume not fully represented by pictureFeb 21, 2009
This is the shortest costume I've ever seen. It is more like a shirt than a dress. Also, it doesn't come with a petticoat as states, but it doesn't say that under the flaps are NOTHING but mesh, so you have to wear a petticoat or something else underneath unless you want the costume to turn into lingerie.
